ROTINI Cucumber Pasta

Ingredients :

14 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 cucumbers, chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced

Directions :
  1. Cook rotini in salty boiling water for about 10 minutes until tender before draining it.
  2. Coat a mixture of pasta, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with Italian dressing very thoroughly before refrigerating for at least two hours.
  3. Serve.
